Protect your Odomojo account
Email verification, optional two-factor protection and recovery codes for your Odomojo account.
Verify your email
Use the verification link sent for your Odomojo account. A verified address helps you continue account and vehicle setup safely. If you cannot find the email, use the application’s resend action.
Turn on optional two-factor protection
Two-factor protection is off by default. You can connect your vehicle after verifying your email, without setting up an authenticator.
To enable it, open your space settings and choose Account security, then Set up authenticator. Confirm your password or linked Google account, scan the QR code with your authenticator app and enter the requested code. Protection becomes active only after you confirm the code.
When enabled, Odomojo asks for an authenticator or recovery code before sensitive account and tracking changes, such as connecting Tesla or resuming tracking. Verification lasts ten minutes. Everyday sign-in and pausing tracking do not require a code.
Keep recovery codes safe
Save recovery codes in a secure place you can access if your authenticator is unavailable. Do not send them to support or include them in screenshots.
Keep manufacturer access separate
Manufacturer authorization grants Odomojo access to supported vehicle information. It is separate from your Odomojo sign-in and from the vehicle’s tracking preferences.
If you lose access
Use the sign-in recovery options or password-reset flow as appropriate. Contact support if you need help identifying the next step. Never include passwords, one-time sign-in codes or provider tokens in your message.
