What is included in the trial?
One eligible vehicle for 14 days, starting with the first usable admitted update after approved setup. No payment card is required. A seven-day setup window begins when setup access is claimed. Eligibility is checked for your account, space and vehicle.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All published subscription prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated and added during payment.
Why can different manufacturers have different prices?
Manufacturers have different integration and data costs. Your space can have one subscription with separate per-vehicle prices for each enabled manufacturer. BMW cannot be purchased yet.
Does pausing tracking stop my subscription?
No. A tracking pause controls collection. Canceling a paid subscription is a separate billing action managed by the space owner.
What happens when trial or paid access ends?
New collection stops when access expires. Existing history follows its normal retention policy. Payment never restores revoked manufacturer permission or overrides your tracking pause.
