Why is my vehicle not updating?
Work through setup, tracking controls and last reported times without guessing.
Start with the reported time
Look at the time beside the field you need. Location, battery and other fields can have different observation times. A recent update to one field does not make every field recent.
A sleeping or disconnected vehicle may not report. An old location does not establish where the vehicle is now or whether it is parked.
Check setup and permissions
Open the vehicle’s setup view. If it needs pairing, authorization or another setup step, follow that action. A connected manufacturer account alone is not confirmation of working telemetry.
If manufacturer access has been revoked, complete the relevant reconnection flow. Payment does not restore revoked permissions.
Check tracking hours and pause
Confirm whether the vehicle is within its tracking schedule and whether collection is paused. These controls intentionally stop collection. Changing them should be a deliberate choice, not an attempt to make old data look fresh.
Check your access period
Trial or paid access expiry stops new collection. The space owner can review billing and trial information. Existing history follows its normal retention policy.
Ask for help
If the next action is unclear, contact support with the manufacturer, model, region and the general state shown. Do not send passwords, access tokens or precise location history.
